Come and join one of the fastest growing workout programs fusing fitness with fun.

 What is ZUMBA? ZUMBA uses exciting, lively Latin music and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. Routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

We will offer a special 4-week “Fall Preview” session taught by Deb Colley, who is being certified by Alberto Perez (Beto) the creator of ZUMBA. This session will be held on Thursdays, July 17th through August 7th from 7:10 to 8:00 pm in our front gym at a special “fall preview” price of only $30.00. ONLY $20.00!! (No discounts apply)

 What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes.

What to bring: Supportive Sneakers or dance sneakers. (Please do not wear outdoor shoes onto our gym floor.)
