1.         Tuition is due the first week of each month and MUST BE PAID FOR THE FULL FOUR WEEK PERIOD OF CLASSES. If you are starting the program in the middle of a four-week period, your tuition will be prorated accordingly.

2.        To help keep costs down, invoices are not sent to our customers. Stop in, mail, or call a credit card into the office at the beginning of each month.  If your payment is not received, a late notice will be mailed to you and you will be assessed a $5.00 late fee.

3.        The tuition you pay at the beginning of the month reserves your child’s spot in his or her class.  If your account becomes delinquent, your child may be replaced on the roll by children on the waiting list.

 4.        Credit for missed classes will not be applied toward tuition for the next month unless there is an extended illness or injury. Missed classes may be made up anytime through the year. You may choose a different type of class for your make up.

 5.        Please contact the office to schedule your make-up class. If you do not schedule in advance, space and staffing may not be available when you come.

 6.        Patrons may pay for more than one month of classes if they prefer.
