PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Team Parents and Gymnasts:
Summer is a very important part of the children’s training schedule. If it is possible for you to schedule your vacation during the week in August when we are closed, that would be wonderful. If your daughter will be away, please complete the form on the attached page so that we can more effectively schedule our coaches and practice.
The children will practice through the summer at the same level they competed this season. They will be working on perfecting skills and learning new skills as they work toward the next level of competition. Conferences will be scheduled in August to determine the level your child will compete at next season.
Many of the gymnasts will increase their training hours over the summer. The level 8 gymnasts will have the option of adding a practice on Tuesdays from 1:00-4:00. You will need to let me know by May 28th if your daughter will do this optional practice for the summer. The tuition costs for each level reflecting the additional summer hours is listed below. If your daughter attends camp, your July tuition will be prorated. If not, you will be expected to pay for full tuition.
Please note that because of scheduling difficulties make up times will not be available during the summer team practice schedule. If there are extenuating circumstances regarding the schedule, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
