Parties are held our facilities at Chambersburg Trade Technologies Center gyms conveniently located along Route 11.
RULES
AND POLICIES FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Our insurance company requires
that everyone who is in the gym during any of our programs complete a consent
release form. This applies to all
the children who participate in the party as well as any adults or other
children who are in the gym during the party. The appropriate forms will be
provided when you book your party. These forms are also available at the gym
when you come to the party or you can click the appropriate link below to print,
complete and bring with you.

If
a child does not have a form when they come to the gym, and a parent is not
present to complete one, they will not be able to participate in the gym portion
of the party.
2. Each party is allotted a total of
an hour and a half. Your party must
begin and end on time. Your party
begins in the gym with fifty minutes of age appropriate fun and games.
After the gym portion, the Lobby will be available for forty minutes to
serve refreshments and to open gifts. You are responsible to provide all party
supplies and refreshments.

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required when you book your date. The
balance must be paid in full by the Friday before your party. Payments can be
mailed in, dropped off at our office (which is located in the back building), or you may call into the office
and charge your payment to a credit card.
4. You should contact our office
(717-264-1706) at least one week prior to the party to confirm the number of
children you expect. This will help
our instructors prepare for your party.
LOBBY
RULES
1. You may arrive 15 minutes before
your party to set up and decorate. All activities after the gym party must take
place in the lobby.
2. All trash should be placed in
receptacles provided and any chairs, tables, etc that you have re-arranged
should be returned to their original places.
3. Please do not use push pins to
hang decorations on the walls. If tape is used, please use care when taking them
down not to damage the walls.
We want your party
experience with us to be safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone. Following these
few rules will allow us to provide a positive party experience without
disrupting others around us.
